New Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is
expected at the club’s training ground today.
The new Old
Trafford boss flew in to Manchester last night to start a new
lease of life with the fallen Premier League giants, who
finished seventh last season.
The Dutchman, 62, is expected to meet with the club staff and
have a first-hand look at his squad before taking his first
training session at Carrington.

Today.
He will be unveiled at a press conference tomorrow.
The former, Ajax, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and the
Netherlands coach then heads out with United on a three-
week pre-season tour of America this weekend.

Swansea on August 16.
Dutch unity
The Daily Star reports that Van Gaal has already ordered his
first team players to eat with youth players and coaching staff
at lunchtime to improve club morale.
He has already stressed the need for unity in his camp and
believes United should be ready to “read from one hymn
book” should the task of reclaiming their lost glory be
attainable.
